This is the first place we start! Our initial appointment covers the plate method template you'll be following, food categories sheet and my easy-peasy meal planning framework.

It's easy to fall of course when you're only focused on the end result. That's why we break things up into smaller, more achievable goals using weekly task setting, grading scales, non-scale metrics and weekly wins.

Within the first month, we will discuss your current physical fitness and set small goals to work towards a more optimal exercise and movement routine using a combo of daily step counts, strength training and enjoyable cardio
