You have a successful and stable career, amazing family, supportive
friends, fun lifestyle, respect from your peers and financial stability.
But if you're being honest, you're not as put together as it seems.
There's still something HUGE missing.
You worked through lunches and breaks to hit deadlines. You skipped workouts to take the kids to school or practice. You woke up early to help clean the house or get ahead on emails. You sacrificed your own self-care to care for those around you.
You enthusiastically tried all the fad diets, juice cleanses and trendy exercise programs promising to get you "fit and healthy in no time", only to find out they were too good to be true. The quick weight loss and bursts of energy were short-lived. All you were left with was weight that came back (plus more), fatigue that increased and a sense of defeat thinking that looking and feeling your best was out of the question.
This is the storyline of too many well-intentioned, hard working, nurturing women.

Because you've tried the diets and lifestyle changes before. You bought the food, you prepped the meals, you did the workouts...but you stopped. You didn't make it a habit. You didn't address the core beliefs holding you back. You didn't connect with your future self. You didn't (truly) understand the value of what you were doing. It was easy for you to justify quitting when no one was there to explain how important your health truly is. It was easy to give up when no one was there fighting for YOU and YOUR WELLBEING.

I've seen it play out a thousand times over. Someone starts a new diet, thinking the accountability and support from friends, family and themselves is enough. Four weeks in and they quit....
In order to put yourself first in your personal life, you need to have someone in your corner that can call you out when you're slacking. Someone who can talk you off a ledge when you feel like nothing is working. Someone who can paint the picture of your dream self and draw the map to get there.
This can't be a family member. It can't be a friend. It, especially, can't be yourself. It's too easy to make excuses and deprioritize your needs for the sake of others.
My sole priority is putting you first. My number one goal is helping you become the version of yourself you've dreamed of being.
I'm not distracted by your workload, family affairs or influences of friends around you.
I am, however, incredibly compassionate and empathetic towards your unique struggles and life stresses.
I make a point to give you realistic nutrition goals that take into account all of your other responsibilities, ambitions and life pleasures.
I don't make you give up your favorite foods, eat meals alone, quit your job, ignore your kids or isolate yourself from everyone in order to achieve your dream body and health status.
I actually ENCOURAGE all of these things. I encourage incorporating your favorite foods in moderation and sharing meals with loved ones. I find ways to help you maximize your time at work while also prioritizing your own self care. I also think relationships and social outings are crucial in making your results last a lifetime.
