Before working with Kassy, I was floundering. I would weigh myself in the morning and if the scale went up, I would slash my calories. (1+ yrs in) I am so grateful for the 180 degree turnaround that I've experienced around my food and body image. I no longer fear food or scale fluctuations. The food chatter has stopped (should I? I shouldn't). All those mental debates and obsessions are gone!
